IMPORTANT OFFICE POLICIES

Kindly note the following crucial policies of our office:

Appointment cancellations and reschedule requests necessitate a minimum of three days (36 hrs) notice. Unless a true emergency arises, failure to comply will result in full charges for the appointment and forfeiture of the scheduled slot.
Payment and submission of Health History forms must be completed three days (36 hrs) prior to the appointment. Failure to provide payment will lead to cancellation of the appointment. Incomplete Health History forms will render the appointment forfeited, and eligibility for a refund will be void.
For private appointments and Group Coaching we will engage through a Zoom call. The Zoom details are provided in your Health History form.
If you cannot be reached by phone or Zoom after 15 minutes, the appointment will be forfeited.
Extended sessions over 15 min will incur additional charges. Please note that Maka's billing operates in 15-minute intervals. If the allotted time exceeds, it will be billed in the subsequent 15-minute block.
Maka's schedule often involves consecutive calls, which may result in delays of 5 to 25 minutes. Unless notified of a cancellation or significant delay, please assume your appointment remains scheduled. If you have time constraints, kindly notify us promptly at [email protected]
The office is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. During this time, we monitor emails and prioritize responses for genuine emergencies. All other queries will be addressed in the following week.
For any follow-up emails or questions regarding a session, we commit to responding within 5 business days. While we make every effort to read all emails, please understand that we may not be able to individually reply to each one. Rest assured, any questions following a session will receive attention within 5 business days.
Recording of any calls is strictly prohibited.

EMERGENCIES

In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room.

This approach ensures the swiftest response in critical situations.
