We are surrounded by unexpected events all the time—whether in nature, social life, among friends and family, or regarding our health.
Stress is a constant companion in many confrontations within relationships or connections.
Simply put: life is challenging.
When life takes an unexpected turn, please:
Do not give up on your healing.
Every single step matters.
Sticking to your healing routine is essential—it sustains your liver, immune system, and other organs.
As an MM Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, I’ve heard many stories of people following the healing path, only to face health challenges or stress due to life events. This stress often shakes their resilience.
There are also stories of people that even on the healing journey they face health deterioration or develop unexpected conditions.
We need to connect to the right source to regain strength, peace, and balance.
We need to look at our achievements, accept what is, and, as Anthony says: “Your body loves you unconditionally.” We need to trust the process.
Life doesn’t always go as we expect, but we need to prepare with a strong and steady mind.
Do you realize your mind is far stronger than fear, worry, or doubt?
Your soul holds immense wisdom, but the world’s noise often dims this knowledge.
Sorrow, distractions, and illusions of “being in the center of it all” pull us away from ourselves. These distractions let fear, doubt, and worry take over the mind—and allow stress, pathogens, and toxins to harm the body.
We need to return to the awareness of who we are.
This will enhance deep contentment and confidence.
This is where strength lies: in your own awareness of who you are.
As the soul is the master of the body,
stay grounded in the truth: I am a peaceful, powerful soul.
The body will then receive these strengthening vibrations and do much to support your decisions.
Through the awareness of being the self—the soul, not just a body—you can connect with the Purest Source of Light, Love, and Compassion.
The goal is to recharge your inner strength and restore your peace and confidence.
In this process, try to rise above what’s happening around you.
See things from a distance and avoid getting caught up in drama, scandals, gossip, or distractions.
Accept life as it is. Everyone’s journey is different—comparison doesn’t help.
I am on my own path, doing my best for myself, my family, and the world around me.
When I feel weak or unsure, I always reach out to the Supreme Source for guidance. This has helped me overcome many obstacles and real-life health problems.
This is what Healing Meditation is all about. It doesn’t require any special place or setting, and it supports all beliefs.
I invite you to a one-hour workshop to learn this simple yet powerful practice.
It’s so important to lift your mind above the body’s pain, fear, and sorrow.
It is critical not to be trapped mentally and emotionally in the body’s aches.
There are methods I would love to share that I’ve developed, which have helped me personally to overcome stress, distress, chronic illness, pain, and suffering.
We are all capable of healing on so many levels.
The healing source is just a thought away.
